Postage and Returns
Aside from standard shipping costs, you may also choose to send your order by Signed for or Tracked delivery.
Delivery normally be within 7 working days from clearance of payment. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability. Please note that a of number items are individually handmade and therefore there may take longer - if this is the case, you will be advised of this in a separate email. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. Although we hope you will not feel it necessary, you always have the right to cancel if you cannot wait for delivery.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products when added to the shopping cart.
It is important to note that we do not ship by Signed for or Airsure service unless specifically requested and you agree to pay the additional costs. However, we reserve the right to send orders via Courier at our cost. We keep certificates of posting for all shipments and under the Royal Mail Terms & Conditions, we are unable to claim for lost packages until 15 working days after posting.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. If you do not return goods within 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be withdrawn.
Please note that we cannot provide refunds or credit notes for custom-made items.
It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original packaging. The law allows us the right to deduct an amount (up to 100% dependent on the diminished value) if we believe the value has been reduced by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function
If the Goods received are being returned as they are faulty or damaged, on receipt we will provide a full refund (including return postage costs) or, reimburse postage costs and provide a replacement.
