Learn to Meditate courses

If you've ever wanted to learn more about the practice of meditation and feel empowered to create a sustainable practice that will carry you through the rest of your life, then this course is the perfect opportunity!

Each course covers the three main forms of meditation - concentration, awareness and consciousness - and includes practices such as mantra, mudras and visualisation.  Courses are guided by yogic principles and teachings, and we will go into detail about each of the practices that we use and cover lifestyle practices that will help to enrich and deepen your meditation practice informed by the Yamas and Niyamas.

Each session will include taught information, a meditation practice and some journalling.  There won't be any 'homework' as such but I will offer a practice for the following week for you to try, which I hope will help you to begin to build your own practice.  For online courses, you will receive teaching materials such as help-sheet print-outs via email a few hours before each session.

My aim is that you will leave the course with a solid knowledge of what meditation is and with the confidence to create sustainable practice that works, and can be adapted, for you and your life <3
