Learn to Meditate courses
A series of classes designed to introduce you to the practice of meditation. We will cover a variety of aspects of the practice and you will end the course with a firm understand of what meditation is and how to create a daily practice of your own.

Movement for Meditation workshops
A series of workshops designed with your meditation practice in mind. Essentially this is an extended practice covering postures useful in preparing the body for sitting still for prolonged periods of time. We’ll begin with pranayama (breathing) exercises for meditation and then move into a postural practice covering the back and shoulders, hips, how to relieve and prevent pins and needles, and finish with time for an extended guided meditation of 30 mins.Currently no further dates planned.
Half day mediation retreats - each £45pp (early bird)
Half day retreats dedicated to spending time with your own meditation practice in a supportive and nurturing space.
We will begin by creating your own small set of meditation beads (18 beads rather than the full 108) and cover the three main forms of meditation: concentration, contemplative and mindfulness as well as some physical exercises to encourage effective postures in meditation and to be able to sit for prolonged periods. You will also be guided in breathing exercises (pranayama) to prepare the body for meditation. You will leave feeling centred and inspired to either create your own daily practice or with some new practices to try out in your existing one.
