Mala-Making Workshops

A blissful 4.5 hours of mala-making in which you will create your own set of mala beads.  We will cover technique, design options, crystal bead and rudraksha seed meanings and uses and finish with a mantra meditation session to bless your new mala beads.

RestFest: The Women's Wellness FestivalArundel, West Sussex

FREE mini-mala workshop.  A 45-minute workshop in which you will learn the basics of creating a mini mala (18 beads).  I will also have a stall at the event.

British Wheel of Yoga Congress

Warwick University, Coventry

If you are attending the Congress, take some time out from the crowds and create your own half mala in the company of like-hearted souls.  We will cover all the usual aspects of the mala-making workshops - theory, practice and technique - but in a shorter, 90 minute session.
