Group and 1-2-1 Meditation Courses/Mentoring
As a long-time yoga practitioner always striving to live by the eight limbs of yoga whilst staying true to my own cultural ancestry of Celtic/Norse traditions, I am always thrilled whenever I can share these practices with others.
I am a qualified yoga and meditation teacher, having trained with Claire Missingham (2012/13) and Swami Saradananda (2018-present), respectively. I am passionate about continuing my studies with my teachers Swami Saradananda (Yoga Vedanta in the Sivananda lineage) and Sharon Blackie (Celtic traditions and spiritual paths).
How can I help you?
My aim is always to inspire and guide you in cultivating and nurturing your own meditation practice and to create a sacred space for yourself which you can return to whenever you need it. All of my sessions cover tools and practices that you can use in your regular practice.

Online and In-Person One-to-One Meditation Mentoring for Women
I am thrilled to now be offering one-to-one mentoring in meditation for women. In these sessions we cover timings, a variety of meditation techniques, space and so much more. This is a great opportunity to put some time aside to focus on yourself and your practice. Think of me as your own personal cheerleader for your meditation practice!
How it works:
We meet for a one hour session once a week or month - each of which will begin with a meditation practice - online via Skype or at my home studio in Hove, for the duration of our time together.
Each course will begin with a chat to see where you are in life right now and how I can support you - this could include your experience level (whether you are a total newbie or just need a bit of encouragement to get things going again!), how you incorporate cycles in your life - your own, the seasons and the moon - among others things! I then put together a week-by-week programme for the duration of our time together.
The aim of our time together is for you to feel empowered to create an inspiring and sustainable meditation practice that works for you and your life.
***Please note that to help me to ensure and maintain quality of services this offering is capped at 3 people per month. This means that you will be given the attention you so deserve in creating something beautiful for yourself.***
What you will receive:
A weekly programme of practices that will include:
- a personalised guided meditation/yoga nidra recording, where relevant
- a particular meditation technique for you to try that week (e.g. mantra, breathwork/pranayama)
- journalling prompts and practices
- an inspirational reading (e.g. section from a yoga text) for your reflection
- a 'lifestyle' practice (e.g. limiting social media time, voluntary silence)
- Ongoing support va email or WhatsApp (your preference)
Mentoring courses are available in packs of 4, 6 and 12 weeks. My suggestion is that we begin with a four week course and see how you get on. Whichever you decide, you will be given total freedom to either continue or cancel once our allotted time has finished.
Please note that I won't be able to offer refunds for incomplete courses but it is possible to put your course on pause for up to two months, whereupon we can resume our sessions until they complete - I know life can happen!
2020 pricings are as follows:
4 weeks (one one hour catch-up per week plus one initial free 'discovery call', includes everything outlined above): £100 (£25ph)
6 weeks (as above): £144 (£24ph)
12 weeks (as above): £240 (£20ph)
For monthly sessions, I charge £27ph as an 'on-demand' option. You are not 'tied into' any program and we can do this on a ad-hoc basis to help keep you motivated and inspired your meditation practice.
We can do focused work that I prep in advance or it can be more of a catch-up which involves you telling how you're getting on and what you would like to work on and I come up with an appropriate meditation practice there and then. This option gives you more flexibility.
